Carrot Pickles

3 lbs of carrots diced
1 large red pepper
2 small green peppers
3 onions
2 tins of tomato soup
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tsp of dry mustard (sub pepper)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Cook diced carrots with a pitch of salt. Put all in pot and boil for 5 minutes. Drain carrots and add to mixture.
Then put into mason bottles.
