Shipping & Handling

SHIPPING METHOD
The Corner Store Online ships to Canada only. All orders are shipped from Conception Bay South, NL using Canada Post.

Shipping costs are determined by Weight, Postal Code and Country. We try to price our shipping charges based on our actual cost, in order to keep the price as low as possible.

Orders are processed within 3 business days except those paid by cheque. These orders will be shipped at least 10 business days after depositing the cheque to allow for clearance.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your shipment via the Canada Post Website once it has been shipped. We will e-mail you a confirmation and a tracking "item number" when your package is shipped. You can also eMail us and we can track the package for you.

RETURN POLICY
Unused and unopened items can be returned for refund within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your invoice/packing slip with the reason for return written on the back of it. The balance refunded will not include the original shipping fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The address for returns is:

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Items must be returned to us. Upon receipt of the item we will send a replacement item along with a credit or cheque for the cost of shipping the defective item back to us. If the item in question is no longer in stock, we can refund the item or mail a similar priced item of the customers choice. Exchanges of defective items are not subject to a 10% restocking fee.
